Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Housekeeper role located in Qunfodhah.
The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and public areas, performing laundry services, and ensuring a hygienic environment.
Additional tasks include stocking supplies, reporting maintenance issues, following health and safety guidelines, and ensuring guest satisfaction through excellent service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in performing Laundry tasks and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact positively with guests and team members
- Excellent Organization Skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in providing Training or guidance to new team members is a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina for long shifts and performing cleaning tasks
- Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role in hospitality is advantageous
