Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze periodic cost reports for hotel and restaurant operations
- Monitor Food & Beverage (F&B) costs and ensure cost efficiency
- Calculate and analyze the cost of meals, products, and services provided
- Review purchasing, receiving, and inventory transactions
- Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock balances with system records
- Prepare cost related KPIs and profitability analyses
- Work closely with operational departments to reduce waste and improve efficiency
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor actual costs against budget targets
- Provide management with detailed cost analysis reports and recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Cost Accounting
- Previous experience in both hotels and restaurants
- Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage Costing
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
- Strong analytical and financial reporting skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
