Qualifications, Licenses, and Skills

• Proven housekeeping experience in a similar setting is required, with luxury or high-end residential experience preferred.
• Exceptional cleaning skills, attention to detail, and strong organization are required.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, courteous demeanor are required.
• The candidate must work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects are required.
• High personal grooming and hygiene standards are required.
• Confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information and personal belongings are required.
• Fluency in English is required.

Duties

• Perform daily cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing, throughout all interior areas.
• Care for high-end furnishings, fixtures, and decorative items using instructions for delicate materials.
• Change linens, make beds, and prepare guest accommodations to high cleanliness and comfort standards.
• Organize closets, cabinets, and storage areas so items are properly stored and accessible.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen and dining areas, including appliances, countertops, and dining ware, according to food safety guidelines.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and amenities.
• Coordinate tasks with housekeeping team members and estate staff.
• Maintain residents' privacy, confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation protocols when handling chemicals and equipment.

Salary

• The salary is AED 2,000 per month, tax free.

Schedule and Start Date
