- Support the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department
- Ensure guests receive friendly, professional, and efficient service
- Assist in supervising and guiding team members during shifts
- Help train new staff and ensure company service standards are followed
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations
- Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary
- Work with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service
- Assist with preparing basic reports and updating records as required
- Support the development and implementation of departmental policies, procedures, and service standards
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
Requirements
- Around 1 year of experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or food & beverage operations
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong teamwork and problem solving abilities
- Basic leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage
- Positive attitude and passion for hospitality
