Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests on arrival and create a positive first impression.
• Manage check-in and check-out accurately and efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Answer calls, manage reservations, and coordinate with other departments.
• Maintain accurate guest and payment records.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Support front-office administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready.

Qualifications and Skills

• A diploma is required, while a hospitality diploma is preferred.
• Previous receptionist or front-office experience is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills are required.
• The role requires calm and efficient multitasking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
• A professional appearance and friendly, cooperative manner are expected.
• Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English is required.
• Strong organization and attention to detail are required.
