Company Overview

Merya Hotels operates and manages hotels of different classifications and sizes and has 15 years of industry experience.

Role Overview

The Full Stack Engineer will work on Merya Ops, an internal hotel-operations platform serving hotel owners and company staff.

The Figma UI/UX designs are complete, and the role will turn them into a working platform.

The engineer will be the first full-time developer on the product, working directly with management and owning product areas end to end.

Compensation

  • Compensation starts at SAR 5,500 per month as a total package, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Implement pixel-perfect Arabic RTL interfaces from Figma designs.
  • Build backend and database functionality for owner projects, revenue, expenses, ADR, and guest data.
  • Develop monthly closing with in-app chat and file uploads.
  • Create Excel-template imports with validation and readable error reports.
  • Integrate with Hotelogix and prepare for later Nafath integration.
  • Build scalable multi-tenant architecture with strict data isolation and PDPL and NCA ECC compliance.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of hands-on full-stack web development experience.
  • Proficiency in React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, database design, and Git.
  • Ability to build professional Arabic RTL interfaces.
  • Arabic reading and writing skills plus technical English.
  • Willingness to learn cybersecurity and regulatory compliance related to PDPL and NCA ECC.
  • Ability to work in a small team and own product areas end to end.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
  • API integrations, especially PMS or government systems.
  • Familiarity with Nafath integration.
  • Hospitality or B2B SaaS experience.
  • Working knowledge of PDPL or NCA ECC.
  • Basic DevOps and CI/CD experience.
