Role Overview

Work Arrangement

• The role is described as part-time and remote.

Core Responsibilities

• Coordinate with hotel owners and staff to understand their operations.
• Ensure high standards of guest service are represented in Shine Pak features.
• Monitor occupancy, revenue and guest feedback.
• Guide hotels on budgeting, food and beverage offerings and overall business management.
• Align partner hotels with Shine Pak quality and brand standards.

Content and Collaboration

• Support the creation of professional profiles, success stories and case studies for partner hotels.
• Collaborate with Shine Pak's content and community teams to promote hospitality excellence across the platform.

Required Qualifications

• Strong general management and business management skills.
• Solid customer service skills to promote exceptional guest experiences and maintain service standards.
• Budgeting skills supporting financial planning, cost control and revenue optimisation.
• Food and beverage experience in hospitality environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and remote collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field is beneficial.
• Previous hotel management or senior hospitality leadership experience, preferably with multi-property or brand exposure, is advantageous.
• Familiarity with hotel performance metrics, basic financial reporting and hospitality best practices is preferred.
