Role Description
Lead Shine Pak’s presence and community-building efforts across the United Arab Emirates in a part-time, remote capacity.
Engage Pakistani talent, startups, freelancers, and creators based in the UAE and curate their stories for the platform.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop local partnerships and collaborate with media and community organizations.
- Support outreach campaigns to strengthen Shine Pak’s brand visibility.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and the central team on content and initiatives.
- Monitor UAE-relevant industry trends and share insights to shape platform features.
- Report growth metrics, recommend expansion strategies, and represent Shine Pak at community events when required.
Qualifications
- Experience in community building, partnership development, or ecosystem management within the UAE or broader MENA region.
- Background in marketing, communications, or media, with the ability to promote stories and initiatives across digital channels.
- Strong stakeholder management and networking skills with freelancers, startups, creators, and professional communities.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; Urdu or other regional languages are advantageous.
- Familiarity with the Pakistani diaspora in the UAE and interest in highlighting talent, innovation, and success stories.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting, manage priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Prior content coordination, media relations, or event/community management experience is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- The role is part-time and remote.
