Role Overview
A prestigious five-star hospitality group seeks a Hotel General Manager to lead operations, ensure departmental efficiency, and drive profitability.
The role requires extensive experience in hotel management, leadership, and project management.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience as General Manager in a five-star hotel or resort.
- Experience working with asset managers or owner representatives.
- Demonstrable track record of improving guest satisfaction and profitability.
- Experience leading a culturally diverse workforce.
- Project management experience.
- Middle East experience.
- Resort experience.
- Combined operational background across Rooms and Food & Beverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure every department performs to its maximum efficiency against agreed standards of operation.
- Deliver individual profitability in line with budget guidelines.
- Deploy best-practice business-excellence processes, empowerment and continuous-improvement methodologies.
- Uphold the company's mission, vision, guiding principles and core standards of service.
