Role Description
Oversee remote accommodation and hospitality operations linked to SOS Children’s Villages Egypt.
Ensure a safe, welcoming, and efficient environment for guests and program stakeholders.
Coordinate daily hotel operations, staff performance, service quality, and operational improvement.
Core Responsibilities
- Maintain service quality standards in line with organizational values and child protection policies.
- Monitor reservations, occupancy, and guest services.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Manage budgets and cost controls.
- Oversee food and beverage quality, hygiene, and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners for events, trainings, and visits.
- Continuously improve operational processes and guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong general management and business management skills for hotel operations, staff coordination, and strategic planning.
- Proficiency in customer service, feedback handling, and professional conflict resolution.
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, financial reporting, and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including quality, hygiene, and service standards.
- Previous hotel or hospitality management experience is required.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity.
- Familiarity with basic hotel management systems and productivity tools.
- Ability to coordinate remotely with on-site teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in socially responsible or non-profit hospitality settings is preferred.
- Relevant academic background in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
