Responsibilities
- Safely transport guests, residents, and colleagues as assigned
- Provide airport transfer and local transportation services when required
- Ensure vehicles are clean, presentable, and maintained to brand standards
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure
- Assist with luggage handling, storage, and delivery to guestrooms or residences
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide basic property information when required
- Support smooth check in and check out experiences in collaboration with Front Office colleagues
- Assist Bell Attendants with luggage movement and guest requests
- Coordinate transportation schedules and guest logistics efficiently
- Support VIP arrivals, group arrivals, and special guest requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of luggage storage areas
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as a driver within a hotel, hospitality, or luxury service environment preferred
- Experience supporting guest services or Bell operations is an advantage
- Valid UAE driving license (light vehicle automatic & manual) with a clean driving record
- Good knowledge of Dubai roads, landmarks, and transportation routes
- Strong customer service mindset
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Safe and responsible driving habits
- Positive and welcoming attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, organized, and proactive approach to work
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Role Overview
- At InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay, we are seeking a professional, service oriented, and reliable Hotel Driver to support our guests and residents through safe transportation services while assisting with Bell Services operations to deliver exceptional arrival and departure experience
- This role is designed for a hospitality professional who takes pride in providing warm, personalized service, maintaining high safety standards, and creating positive first and last impressions for every guest.
Your Day to Day

What We Need From You
