Job Description
The Hotel Driver provides safe, reliable, and professional transportation for hotel guests, management, and colleagues.
The driver represents the hotel and is expected to deliver luxury hospitality while ensuring guest comfort, safety, and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport guests, VIPs, executives, and colleagues to and from the hotel, airport, and designated locations.
- Provide airport transfers and assist guests with luggage and personal belongings when required.
- Drive safely under UAE traffic laws and hotel safety policies while maintaining knowledge of Abu Dhabi locations.
- Inspect, clean, fuel, and maintain hotel vehicles, and report defects, accidents, and safety concerns.
- Maintain vehicle and transportation records when required.
- Support Concierge and Front Office teams with transportation arrangements and handle guest requests professionally.
- Maintain guest confidentiality and follow hotel safety, security, grooming, and service standards.
