Hotel Overview
Rixos Premium Dubai JBR is a luxury hotel offering Turkish hospitality and high service standards.
The hotel provides a luxury holiday experience within the hospitality and leisure sector.
Salary and Benefits

Key Deliverables and Responsibilities
- Follow correct grooming standards at all times.
- Know guest preferences, update profiles, and anticipate guest requirements.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the restaurant menu, daily specials, and beverage service standards.
- Follow restaurant financial, LQA, and TrustYou targets on a daily basis.
- Use opening and closing checklists and keep service stations cleared and restocked.
- Serve and clear food and beverage items professionally and present menus proactively.
- Report guest feedback, negative feedback, operational issues, and maintenance issues through the relevant systems.
- Maintain HACCP and FIFO standards.
- Attend required briefings and training sessions and complete duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- At least 1–2 years of waiter or waitress experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
