We are looking for a skilled and passionate **Hot Section Chef** to join our growing steak restaurant team in **Baniyas, Abu Dhabi**.
The ideal candidate must have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with strong knowledge of grilling, meat preparation, and hot section operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook steaks and hot section menu items to high quality standards
- Manage grill station and ensure consistency in food presentation and taste
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times
- Monitor stock levels and assist with kitchen inventory
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy hours
- Follow recipes, portion control, and restaurant standards
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Hot Section Chef or Grill Chef, preferably in a steakhouse or high-volume restaurant
- Strong understanding of meat cuts, cooking temperatures, and grilling techniques
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must be willing to relocate or travel daily to **Baniyas, Abu Dhabi**
- Immediate joiners are preferred
