Position Summary
- The Guest Service Expert delivers a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their meal, including setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, serving guests, and cleaning work areas.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year related work experience.
- No supervisory experience.
- No license or certification required.
Physical Requirements
- Stand, sit, or walk for an extended time.
- Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
