About the Role
The Hostess / Receptionist supports guest reception, reservations, seating coordination, and front-of-house service.
The role requires clear communication, professional presentation, and a warm, guest-focused approach.
Responsibilities
- Explain the outlet concept, food and beverage offerings, and promotions to guests.
- Handle calls, emails, online bookings, in-person reservations, and reservation system updates.
- Reconfirm reservations and coordinate seating plans with management.
- Maintain accurate table counts and update available tables.
- Perform billing and cashiering tasks when required.
- Welcome and farewell guests while delivering excellent service.
- Monitor public-area cleanliness and communicate issues to colleagues.
- Support service tasks such as order taking, table clearing, and food serving when needed.
- Maintain grooming standards and resolve challenging guest situations.
