Unity Holding Company is hiring a professional and customer-focused Hostess.
The position is in the hospitality and restaurant industry and is located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage guest seating and table allocation efficiently.
- Handle reservations and guest inquiries.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow.
- Maintain a high standard of hospitality and customer service.
- Assist in creating a positive and welcoming dining experience.
Requirements
- Previous Hostess experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- A professional appearance and positive attitude are expected.
- Customer-service orientation and strong organization are required.
- The ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.
