About the Role
Lead kitchen operations for a dining destination focused on authentic Lebanese and Mediterranean cuisine.
Oversee back-of-house operations, menu creation, team leadership, food quality, and kitchen financials.
Bring extensive experience in Lebanese cuisine, including cold and hot mezza and charcoal-grilled specialties, with modern presentation techniques.
Culinary Leadership and Menu Development
- Design, refine, and execute authentic Lebanese menus, seasonal specials, and catering offerings.
- Preserve traditional flavor profiles while applying modern presentation techniques.
Kitchen Operations and Standards
- Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure food presentation, consistency, portion control, and speed of service.
- Enforce strict food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
Team Management and Training
- Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule kitchen staff.
- Build a culture of accountability, precision, and teamwork.
