Compensation
- A fixed monthly salary of AED 1,800 offered as part of this exciting career opportunity.

- Previous experience of 1 2 years in a Luxury Hotel environment as a Hostess.

Key Responsibilities
- Greets Guests upon Arrival with a Warm 'FIVE Styled' Welcome.
- Leads and coordinates FIVE's acclaimed Front of House Operations.
- Assists Guests in finding Suitable Seating Arrangements based on their preferences.
- Manages Waitlists during peak times and provides Accurate Wait Time estimates.
- Proactively acknowledges and Remembers Guest Preferences.
- Exhibits an exceptional understanding of FIVE's diverse destinations, concepts, menus, events, and bespoke offerings.
- Efficiently Processes Billing and Payments while adhering to FIVE's industry leading Control Procedures.
- Enhances the overall Guest Experience by ensuring Seamless Operations and Excellence in Service Delivery.
- Collaborates with Fellow 'FIVERs' to maximise Guest Satisfaction.
- Showcases a Proactive Approach to addressing Guests' concerns and fulfilling their requests.
