- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus when required

- Handle waitlists and communicate estimated waiting times professionally
- Coordinate with the restaurant team to optimize seating and guest satisfaction
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Ensure the reception and waiting areas are clean, organized, and welcoming
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as a Hostess in a restaurant, hospitality, or luxury environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to handle guest concerns and resolve issues effectively
- Customer focused with excellent organizational skills
- Willing to relocate to company accommodation
- Available for immediate joining
- Must have NOC for transfer
