About Us
SLRP is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Hostess to join our team in Al Ain.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm welcome and ensuring an exceptional dining experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waiting lists efficiently
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth seating arrangements
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas
- Assist in managing guest flow during busy service periods
- Handle guest feedback and escalate concerns when necessary
- Uphold company service standards and hospitality excellence
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, or in a customer-facing hospitality role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
