Dorchester Collection seeks a Host Supervisor to ensure safety and security, supervise the host/security team, and maintain a welcoming environment.

The role requires leadership, communication skills, and the ability to manage incidents professionally.

Supervise the daily activities of the host/security team to ensure all operational and safety procedures are always followed.
Maintain a strong visible presence across the property while ensuring guests and residents receive exceptional service.
Coordinate incident response procedures, including emergencies, accidents, fire alarms and evacuation protocols.
Monitor security systems, CCTV operations and access control procedures to maintain the safety of the property.
Support investigations, incident reporting and conflict resolution professional and confidentially.
Work closely with Duty Managers and operational departments to minimize risks and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential hazards or security concerns.
Ensure compliance with local laws, health & safety regulations and company policies always.
Train, motivate and mentor team members to uphold Dorchester Collection standards and deliver exceptional service.
Maintain accurate records, logs and reports related to incidents, shift activities and operational matters.
