- Lead and oversee all hospitality and hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and service quality
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer experience
- Manage hospitality services for Hajj and Umrah pilgrims, ensuring seamless coordination during peak seasons
- Oversee hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, guest services, and facilities management
- Ensure compliance with Saudi hospitality regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies
- Develop budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost control initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, Hajj and Umrah operators, government entities, and key stakeholders
- Recruit, lead, and develop high performing hospitality teams while fostering a culture of service excellence
- Analyze operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare reports and provide strategic recommendations to executive management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in hospitality management, including 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven experience managing Hajj and Umrah hospitality operations
- Strong background in hotel management, preferably with four or five star hotels
- In depth knowledge of hospitality operations, guest services, and pilgrimage season planning
- Experience managing large teams and multi department operations
- Strong financial, operational, and commercial management skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is highly preferred

Job Overview
