This full time and/or part time role requires an experienced Administration Assistant to provide administrative support to both the clinical service team and the leadership team. Across 2 programs, HARP and HARP Diabetes, this role is instrumental in providing quality care for clients and the role is key to quality, safety, and efficiency and consumer experience.
This full time and/or part time role requires an experienced Administration Assistant to provide administrative support to both the clinical service team and the leadership team. Across 2 programs, HARP and HARP Diabetes, this role is instrumental in providing quality care for clients and the role is key to quality, safety, and efficiency and consumer experience.
Program based administration including reception, telephonist, computer and office and function organisation duties
Data support – including entry, monitoring and data integrity
Team work and communication
Quality improvement
Experience and good working knowledge of software packages and database administration including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, MS teams and SharePoint.
Proven ability to work in a team environment and provide responsive administration support to multiple persons or departments
Demonstrated experience in efficiently handling high volume telephone calls from vulnerable people
Well-developed organisational skills and attention to detail
