Job Summary

  • The HORECA Regional Manager is responsible for growing sales and managing customers within the HORECA channel (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, and Catering) across Jeddah Region.
  • The role focuses on achieving sales targets, developing new business, maintaining strong customer relationships, and leading the regional sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve regional sales targets and business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with HORECA customers.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Lead and support the regional sales team.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
  • Ensure timely collection of customer payments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in food distribution or FMCG.
  • Experience in the HORECA channel.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage a team and build customer relationships.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
