- Engage students actively and provide constructive, timely feedback
- Maintain classroom discipline and positive learning environment

- Refer serious behavioral issues to grade administrators
- Prepare revision materials, tests, and exams while maintaining confidentiality
- Grade and correct assignments, quizzes, exams, and homework regularly

- Supports struggling students through guidance and extra help sessions.
- Prepares students for standardized exams in coordination with leadership.

- Applies professional learning directly to classroom practice.
Communication & Collaboration
- Collaborates with coordinators and academic leadership on curriculum and evaluation tools.
