Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Home Tutor and Nanny role based in Dubai.
- The Home Tutor and Nanny will support children’s daily routines, including preparing them for school, assisting with homework, and organizing educational and creative activities.
- The role includes supervising play, ensuring safety, coordinating meals, and maintaining a structured yet nurturing environment.
Qualifications
- Childcare and education skills, including experience as a nanny, home tutor, teacher’s assistant, or in a similar child focused role.
- Ability to plan and deliver age appropriate educational activities, support homework, and encourage creativity and critical thinking.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with children and collaborate effectively with parents or guardians.
- Organizational and time management skills to manage daily routines, schedules, and multiple tasks in a busy household.
- Demonstrated ability to ensure children’s safety, well being, and emotional support in a home environment.
- Respect for multicultural settings; comfort working in an international household and openness to diverse cultures and languages.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Relevant training or certification in childcare, early childhood education, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience working in Dubai or the wider region, or willingness to adapt quickly to local norms and expectations.
- Ability to maintain discretion, uphold confidentiality, and demonstrate professionalism in a private household setting.
