Requirements
- Must have freelance visa
- Strong tutoring and academic support skills, including lesson planning, homework assistance, and ability to reinforce school curriculum across core subjects
- Childcare and nanny experience, with demonstrated ability to manage routines, supervise activities, and maintain a safe, nurturing environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English, active listening, and respectful collaboration with parents and children
- Organizational and time management abilities, such as maintaining schedules, prioritizing tasks, and adapting plans to changing family needs
- Patience, emotional maturity, and a calm, solution focused approach to behavior management and conflict resolution
- Cultural sensitivity and discretion, with the ability to work in a private household and respect confidentiality at all times
- Relevant educational background (e.g., Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related field) and prior experience as a tutor, teacher, or nanny
- CPR/First Aid certification and knowledge of basic child health and safety practices are highly beneficial

Role Description
- The Private Tutor and Nanny is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, responsible for supporting a child’s academic progress and overall wellbeing in a structured yet nurturing environment.
- Day to day tasks include planning and delivering individualized lessons, assisting with homework, and reinforcing school curriculum through age appropriate educational activities.
- The role involves providing attentive childcare, organizing daily routines, supervising playtime, and ensuring a safe, caring, and stimulating atmosphere.
- The Private Tutor and Nanny will coordinate schedules, accompany the child to relevant activities, encourage positive behavior and social skills, and communicate regularly with parents about progress and needs.
- Flexibility to adapt to family routines, occasional travel, and discreet conduct are expected.
Qualifications Must Have Freelance Visa
