Position Overview
We are looking for a **highly experienced Holidays Specialist** who can design, price, and sell customized holiday packages worldwide while maintaining strong supplier relationships and leveraging AI tools for efficiency, pricing, and customer engagement.
This role requires a **blend of sales expertise, destination knowledge, global supplier networking, and tech-driven thinking**.
Key Responsibilities1. Holiday Package Creation & Sales
- Design and sell **customized international and domestic holiday packages**
- Handle FIT, groups, luxury travel, honeymoon, family, and corporate leisure travel
- Provide expert consultation to clients and convert inquiries into bookings
- Ensure maximum profitability through smart pricing strategies
2. Global Supplier Relations (Core Strength)
- Build and maintain **strong relationships with global DMCs, hotels, airlines, and consolidators**
- Negotiate best rates, exclusive deals, and added-value services
- Develop direct contracting with key destinations (Europe, USA, Asia, Maldives, etc.)
- Maintain a **reliable supplier ecosystem for quick turnaround and competitive pricing**
3. AI-Driven Operations & Innovation
- Utilize AI tools for:
- Dynamic itinerary building
- Smart pricing & margin optimization
- Customer behavior insights
- Automated communication & follow-ups
- Work with digital team to improve **AI-based travel solutions and automation**
- Stay updated with latest travel tech trends
4. Customer Experience Excellence
- Deliver **high-end, personalized travel solutions**
- Ensure smooth coordination from inquiry to post-travel feedback
- Handle escalations professionally and maintain customer loyalty
5. Market Intelligence & Growth
- Identify trending destinations and travel patterns
- Develop new holiday products and promotional ideas
- Support marketing team with offers, content, and campaigns
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum **3–7 years experience in travel agency (Holidays/Leisure)**
- Strong knowledge of **global destinations, visa requirements, and travel logistics**
- Proven experience in **supplier negotiation and contracting**
- Expertise in **Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre + holiday platforms (TBO, Expedia, etc.)**
- High sales conversion ability and customer handling skills
- Tech-savvy with exposure or interest in **AI tools and automation**
- Excellent communication (English mandatory; additional languages a plus)
