Job Description

  • We are hiring an experienced Holidays Sales Manager with strong expertise in outbound holiday packages, FIT & GIT sales, and team management.
  • The ideal candidate must have hands on experience in a travel agency environment, managing holiday consultants and driving revenue through customized international travel packages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell and promote international holiday packages including Europe, UK, Maldives, Asia, Africa, Cruises, and GCC
  • Handle FIT, GIT, honeymoon packages, family holidays, group tours, and luxury travel
  • Create and price customized holiday itineraries with strong profit margins
  • Convert leads from walk ins, website enquiries, WhatsApp, and digital marketing campaigns
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with DMCs, hotels, airlines, cruise operators, and suppliers
  • Monitor daily sales reports, revenue, profitability, and team performance
  • Train and guide holiday consultants on destinations, upselling, and closing techniques
  • Coordinate with marketing teams on promotions, seasonal campaigns, and lead quality
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5–8 years experience as a Holidays Sales Manager / Travel Sales Manager / Tour Manager
  • Mandatory experience in a travel agency or tour operator
  • Strong knowledge of international destinations, visas, hotels, and tour operations
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer handling skills
  • Experience handling high value and VIP holiday clients
  • Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office, and sales reporting
  • Target driven, revenue focused, and leadership oriented
  • Fluency in English required (Arabic is an advantage)
