Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with potential clients to understand their business objectives and recommend the most appropriate company setup in the UAE.
• Advise clients on Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore structures based on their business activity, needs, and budget.
• Guide clients through company formation, including trade license applications, government approvals, registration, and incorporation.
• Prepare, coordinate, and submit necessary documents to government authorities and follow up to ensure timely approvals.
• Support clients with investor, employment, and family visa applications and related procedures.
• Liaise with banking partners to assist with corporate bank account opening and facilitate client onboarding.
• Provide clear and accurate information on UAE legal requirements, government procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients throughout the business setup journey.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, lead generation, and consistent follow-up with prospects.
• Deliver post-incorporation support, including license renewals, company amendments, and compliance-related services.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 to 6 months of experience in UAE business setup, company formation, corporate sales, or a related industry.
• Good knowledge of UAE Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation options.
• Familiarity with UAE visa processes and corporate banking procedures and requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, sales, and client relationship management skills.
• A motivated, target-oriented approach with the ability to generate, nurture, and convert leads.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
