Role Overview
Businessflix is seeking a customer-focused business setup advisor for its growing UAE team.
The role guides entrepreneurs, investors, and businesses through company establishment and ongoing services.
Responsibilities
- Meet prospective clients to understand objectives, requirements, and investment plans.
- Recommend suitable Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore business structures.
- Explain formation advantages, requirements, and procedures.
- Manage incorporation from consultation through final approval.
- Assist with trade licenses, registration, government approvals, and regulatory procedures.
- Prepare documents, coordinate with authorities, and follow up on applications.
- Support investor, employment, and family visa applications.
- Assist with corporate bank account opening through banking partners.
- Provide accurate information on UAE regulations, compliance, and government procedures.
- Maintain long-term client relationships and accurate CRM records.
- Generate leads through referrals, networking, digital leads, outreach, and follow-ups.
- Achieve sales targets and provide renewals, modifications, compliance, and other post-setup support.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 6 months of relevant UAE experience in business setup, company formation, corporate sales, or a similar role.
