Role Overview
Business Setup Consultant role supporting UAE clients with company formation, licensing, visas, banking, and related business services.
The role combines client consulting, lead generation, sales conversion, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients and recommend suitable business setup solutions.
- Handle licensing, company formation, visa, and banking processes.
- Generate leads, conduct follow-ups, and convert prospects into clients.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain client relationships and provide after-sales support.
- Keep client and sales records updated in the CRM.
Requirements
- At least six months of UAE experience in business setup, sales, or a related field.
- Knowledge of UAE Mainland and Free Zone company formation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Confident, target-driven, and customer-focused approach.
- Excellent English and good CRM and MS Office skills.
- Additional languages are an advantage.

Compensation
- Full-time position paying AED 4,000 to AED 6,000 per month.
