The Role
Provide responsive technical support as a key point of contact for users experiencing technical issues.
Troubleshoot problems, provide clear guidance, document requests, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Work Arrangement

Technical Support Responsibilities
- Respond to support requests through phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot common hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Assist with passwords, account access, permissions, and basic security concerns.
- Support basic network, Wi-Fi, VPN, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Assist with Microsoft 365 and common workplace applications.
Ticketing and Escalation
- Create, update, and close support tickets with accurate documentation.
- Follow up with users to confirm issues have been successfully resolved.
- Escalate complex technical problems to appropriate IT teams.
- Monitor recurring issues and identify support-process improvements.
