Role Overview
Lead energy strategy, operations, development, efficiency, and sustainability initiatives in Dubai.
Shape energy strategies, lead major projects, and support long-term business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic energy plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Lead energy projects from planning and investment evaluation through implementation.
- Oversee energy operations, performance, efficiency, and resource optimization.
- Identify opportunities across renewable energy, clean technology, and energy transition.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, commercial performance, and investment priorities.
- Establish performance targets and monitor key energy and operational indicators.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, market trends, and energy-sector opportunities.
- Ensure projects comply with applicable regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.
- Develop partnerships with government entities, investors, suppliers, and industry organizations.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and strategic decision-making capabilities.
- Solid knowledge of energy markets, operations, and commercial development.
- Experience managing complex energy programs, projects, or portfolios.
