Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive inspections, maintenance, and servicing of height safety systems including horizontal lifelines, anchor points, fall arrest equipment, and rope access systems.
- Produce accurate inspection reports, certification documentation, and service records following every visit.
- Identify defects and remedial requirements, communicating findings clearly to clients and the service admin team.
- Carry out minor remedial works and component replacements as required.
- Ensure all works are delivered in line with relevant standards, RAMS, and Harmony’s health and safety requirements.
- Maintain your van stock, equipment, and PPE to the required standard at all times.
- Complete all job management system entries accurately and on time.
- Liaise with clients professionally on site, representing Harmony’s brand with confidence.
- Participate in the out-of-hours emergency callout rota as required.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- An A-player mindset — high standards, extreme ownership and the drive to do things properly, the first time.
- Proven hands-on experience with height safety systems including horizontal lifelines, anchor points, and fall arrest equipment.
- Relevant height safety qualifications such as IRATA, IPAF, or equivalent.
- PASMA and working at height certification.
- Able to work independently and manage your own diary to meet scheduled appointments.
- Strong attention to detail — accurate, thorough, and consistent in documentation and reporting.
- Good communication skills — comfortable dealing with clients on site.
- Full UK driving licence.
