Responsibilities
- Perform routine and corrective maintenance on cranes and construction equipment
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and carry out repairs to minimize equipment downtime
- Implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules
- Verify that equipment meets safety and performance standards
- Maintain accurate maintenance records
- Inspect equipment before and after use
- Coordinate with operations teams to plan maintenance activities
- Support continuous improvement of maintenance procedures and practices
- Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers
Requirements
- Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair for heavy machinery and cranes
- Proficiency in Maintenance Engineering, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and technical problem solving
- Experience with Preventive Maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution
- Competence in Electrical Maintenance for heavy equipment, including reading electrical schematics and using diagnostic tools
- Relevant technical diploma or engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
- Experience working with construction, lifting, or industrial equipment in a workshop or field environment
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to heavy equipment and lifting operations
- Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, technical drawings, and maintenance documentation
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and capability to manage multiple maintenance tasks
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with operations, safety, and vendor teams
