About the Role
We are seeking an Accounting & Finance Manager to oversee and run the entire accounts department. The role involves leading the accounting team, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance with tax laws, and providing strategic financial insights.

Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and mentor the existing accounts team (bookkeepers, AP/AR clerks, etc.)
- Establish, implement, and maintain robust internal financial controls and accounting policies
- Oversee the entire monthly, quarterly, and year end closing processes
- Prepare and present accurate, timely monthly financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow)
- Conduct variance analysis and provide deep insights into budgeting and financial performance
- Manage corporate cash flow forecasting and liquidity
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring timely payments and collections
- Manage corporate payroll processing and bank reconciliations
- Ensure accurate maintenance of the general ledger and all sub ledgers
- Ensure strict compliance with all local and national tax regulations (VAT, Corporate Tax, payroll taxes)
- Coordinate and lead the annual external audit process, serving as the main point of contact for auditors
- File timely and accurate tax returns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CA
- 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience
- At least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role running a full department
- Advanced proficiency in ERP and accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, Tally)
- Expert level Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, financial modeling)
- Strong leadership, sharp analytical thinking, excellent communication skills

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting & Finance Manager to oversee, manage, and run our entire accounts department.
- In this role, you will be fully responsible for the company’s financial health, ensuring the accuracy of all financial data, maintaining compliance with tax laws, and leading day to day accounting operations.
- The ideal candidate is a hands on leader who can manage end to end accounting processes while providing strategic financial insights to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
