About the Role

Responsibilities
- Load, transport, and deliver items to customers or clients in a safe, timely manner
- Perform pre trip inspections of vehicle, equipment, paperwork and loaded product
- Ensure all delivery loads are stacked, padded, and properly secured
- Review orders before and after delivery to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Deliver orders to customers in a timely and courteous manner
- Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and handle complaints
- Adhere to assigned routes and follow time schedules
- Maintain all required documents in the vehicle at all times
- Document and keep records of driving expenses and distances covered
- Assist in warehouse operations as needed
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent required
- Minimum 3 years of prior commercial driving experience and deliveries
- Valid Heavy Duty UAE Driver's License
- Motor Vehicle Record must show a record of sustained safe driving with no moving violations in the last 3 years
- Ability to lift heavy weight items using safety techniques
- Ability to commute/relocate to Abu Dhabi

Position Overview
- Position: Heavy Duty Driver
- Responsible for loading, transporting, and delivering items to customers or clients in a safe, timely manner.
Job Description
- Perform pre trip inspections of vehicle, equipment, paperwork and loaded product.
- Ensure all delivery loads are stacked, padded, and properly secured.
- Load vehicle/truck/trailer with packed orders, sorting and organizing products.
- Review orders before and after delivery to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Deliver all orders to customers in a timely and courteous manner.
- Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and handle complaints.
- Adhere to assigned routes and follow time schedules.
- Check in with customer at each designated account.
- Ensure all signatures are received in printed challans and electronic devices.
- Communicate with branch head or store in charge if issues arise.
- Maintain all required documents in the vehicle at all times.
- Document and keep records of driving expenses and distances covered.
Qualifications Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent required.
- Minimum 3 years of prior commercial driving experience and deliveries.
- Valid Heavy Duty UAE Driver's License.
- Motor Vehicle Record must show sustained safe driving with no moving violations in the last 3 years.
Physical Requirements
- Lifting up to heavy weight items using safety techniques.
- Moving about the warehouse and loading dock area majority of the day.
- Exiting and entering vehicles several times per day.
- Must be able to climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, kneel, and work in small spaces and various climates.
Compensation
- Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
