Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician who can independently handle installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings.
This is not a basic role — we need someone who takes ownership, works clean, and represents the company professionally on-site.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain:
Split AC units
Ducted systems (FCU, AHU, FAHU)
Perform preventive maintenance (PPM) as per schedule
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical AC faults
Handle gas charging, leak detection, and compressor issues
Ensure proper cleaning (filters, coils, drain lines)
Read and follow technical drawings when required
Maintain tools, materials, and work areas in clean condition
Report issues clearly to Team Leader / Management
Support MEP team when required
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years UAE experience in HVAC / AC maintenance
Strong hands-on experience with split & ducted systems
Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing is an advantage
Ability to work independently without supervision
Good attitude, discipline, and accountability
Must be physically fit and ready for field work
Valid UAE driving license is a strong advantage
