Role Overview
An all-rounder technician responsible for handling day-to-day maintenance tasks across multiple disciplines, ensuring work is completed with quality, cleanliness, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- General maintenance works (civil, plumbing, electrical, basic AC)
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently
- Supporting renovation and fit-out works when required
- Maintaining clean and organized work areas at all times
- Following instructions from supervisors and reporting completed tasks
- Handling materials and tools responsibly
Requirements
- Experience in maintenance or facility management
- Multi-skilled technician preferred
- Professional attitude and good communication
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- UAE experience is an advantage
