- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Diagnose system issues, perform routine inspections, execute preventive maintenance, and complete necessary repairs or component replacements.
- Check system performance, ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with other technical staff (including plumbing and electrical teams) and document work performed.
- Interact with clients on site, explain maintenance recommendations, and support a high standard of customer service and safety.
Requirements
- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues efficiently
- Knowledge of plumbing related to HVAC systems, including condensate drainage and piping
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment
- Familiarity with EPA or equivalent environmental and refrigerant handling standards
- Solid understanding of electricity as it applies to HVAC systems, including wiring, controls, and safe work practices
- Previous experience as an HVAC technician or in a similar technical maintenance role
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance documentation
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a diverse technical team
- Physical ability to perform onsite work, including lifting equipment, working at heights, and in varying environmental conditions
- Relevant technical certification or diploma in HVAC, mechanical, or electrical fields

Role Description
- The Heating Air Conditioning Technician role at Iustitia Global is a full time, on site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The technician will install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Daily responsibilities include diagnosing system issues, performing routine inspections, executing preventive maintenance, and completing necessary repairs or component replacements.
- The role also involves checking system performance, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, coordinating with other technical staff, and documenting work performed.
