Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Health, Safety & Environmental Management System
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian HSE regulations, labor laws, and client specific safety requirements
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety assessments across all active projects
- Lead investigations of incidents, accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions
- Develop and deliver HSE induction programs for new employees and conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness campaigns
- Monitor environmental performance and ensure compliance with environmental regulations
- Maintain all HSE documentation, permits, inspections, certifications, and statutory records
- Develop and maintain emergency response procedures and organize emergency drills
- Serve as the primary HSE representative during client meetings and project audits
- Monitor industry best practices and emerging HSE regulations and recommend improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Professional HSE certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, NEBOSH Diploma, IOSH Managing Safely, or equivalent
- ISO 45001 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification is highly desirable
- Minimum 7–10 years of HSE experience within construction, fit out, MEP, lighting, or related industries
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia HSE regulations, occupational health and safety legislation, and environmental compliance requirements
- Proven experience conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and HSE audits
- Experience managing HSE requirements for multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent report writing and documentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HSE reporting systems
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is highly preferred
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Saudi Arabia as required

About the Role
- We are seeking a proactive and experienced HSE Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company's Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management system across its operations, specifically in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Health, Safety & Environmental Management System.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian HSE regulations, labor laws, and client specific safety requirements.
- Monitor compliance with applicable international standards.
- Develop HSE policies, procedures, safe work practices, and emergency response plans.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety assessments across all active projects.
- Ensure all project sites maintain safe working conditions and comply with company HSE standards.
- Identify hazards, perform risk assessments, and implement effective control measures.
- Monitor contractor and subcontractor compliance with HSE requirements.
- Lead investigations of incidents, accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
- Identify root causes and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and ensure timely reporting to management and clients.
- Analyze trends and recommend initiatives to reduce workplace risks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Engineering, or a related discipline.
