- Assist in implementing site specific HSE plans in line with project and regulatory requirements
- Monitor work activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols, PPE usage, and environmental standards
- Conduct routine safety inspections and report non compliance or hazards
- Document and report all incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions
- Support investigations to identify root causes and corrective actions
- Maintain accurate HSE records and dashboards for management review
- Coordinate and deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions
- Promote a culture of safety awareness among all project personnel
- Work closely with project teams, contractors, and HSE leadership to implement safety measures
- Assist in liaising with regulatory bodies for inspections or audits
- Support the review and enhancement of HSE procedures and programs
- Identify trends and recommend initiatives to reduce incidents and environmental impact
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- 2 years of HSE experience in construction, aviation, or infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Strong observation, reporting, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary project environment
- Certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or ISO 45001 are desirable

What You'll Be Doing
