Job summary

Dine-in service management

• Oversee daily operations of the dine-in area and maintain a high standard of service.
• Greet and seat guests, present menus, and provide detailed information on menu items.
• Supervise waitstaff, monitor service quality, and manage customer requests or concerns.
• Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and ready for service.
• Train and mentor junior waitstaff to maintain consistent service standards.

Catering assistance

• Assist with setting up and managing catering events.
• Coordinate with the catering team to meet guest requirements.
• Help prepare, transport, and set up catering equipment and food.
• Provide exceptional service to guests at off-site events.

Qualifications

• At least eight years of experience as a waiter, including at least two years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in catering or event service is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different service styles.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Experience details

• The posting lists five years of service experience as required.
• The posting lists three years of catering experience as required.
• The posting lists five years of fine-dining experience as required.
• Arabic proficiency and a UAE driving license are preferred.

Employment and pay

• The position is full-time.
• Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 4,000 per month.

Work location

• The work location is in person.
