Join the team as a Butcher and Grill Chef with expertise in Lebanese cuisine, steaks, grilled dishes, catering, and live cooking.
Butchery
- Break down and portion lamb, beef, poultry, seafood, and other meats.
- Maintain high hygiene and food-safety standards when handling and storing meat.
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
Grill Cooking
- Prepare Lebanese kebabs, shawarma, Middle Eastern specialties, steaks, chicken, seafood, and vegetables on the grill.
- Develop grill menu items that balance Lebanese flavors with international grill standards.
Catering and Live Cooking
- Plan and execute catering events with high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Perform live cooking demonstrations, engage with guests, and showcase culinary skills.
- Create customized client menus that accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences.
Kitchen Management
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff on kitchen protocols and standards.
- Monitor food costs and control waste to support profitability.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong butchery skills covering lamb, beef, poultry, and seafood.
- Deep understanding of Lebanese cuisine and expertise in steaks and grilled dishes.
- Experience in catering and live cooking.
- English language ability is preferred.
Compensation
- The description states pay of AED 2,000 to AED 4,000 per month.
Location
- The role is based in a professional kitchen and includes catering and event work in Dubai.
