Job Summary

Dine-In Service Management

• Oversee daily dine-in operations and maintain high service standards.
• Greet and seat guests, present menus, and explain menu items.
• Supervise waitstaff, monitor service quality, and handle customer requests or concerns.
• Keep dining areas clean, organized, and ready for service.
• Train and mentor junior waitstaff.

Catering Assistance

• Assist with setting up and managing catering events.
• Coordinate with the catering team to meet guest requirements.
• Help prepare, transport, and set up catering equipment and food.
• Provide exceptional service at off-site events.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of waiter experience, including at least two years in a supervisory role.
• Catering or event service experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different service styles.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Employment and Pay

• The position is full-time.
• Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 4,000 per month.

Additional Qualifications

• Service experience of five years is required.
• Catering experience of three years is required.
• Fine dining experience of five years is required.
• Arabic is preferred.
• A UAE driving license is preferred.

Work Location

• Work is performed in person.
