Role Overview
Bâoli Dubai is a restaurant, poolside, and nightlife venue combining elevated culinary service with a high-energy day-to-night atmosphere.
The Head Waiter leads floor service and ensures consistent guest experience and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate waitstaff during service across all tables and sections.
- Maintain service quality and speed during high-volume peak periods.
- Train, mentor, and supervise waitstaff on service standards, menu knowledge, and guest etiquette.
- Support VIP table service with Guest Relations and bar teams.
- Conduct pre-service briefings covering menu updates, VIP guests, and floor allocations.
- Resolve service issues proactively before they reach management.
- Maintain table, section, and service-area setup throughout service.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards.
Ideal Candidate
- At least 2 years of waiter experience, including at least 1 year as a Head Waiter, Captain, or in a senior floor role.
- Experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, or high-end beach club or restaurant venues.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills for high-pressure service.
- Deep understanding of VIP and fine-dining service standards and etiquette.
