About Bâoli Dubai

Bâoli Dubai is a restaurant, poolside, and nightlife venue combining elevated culinary experiences with a vibrant party setting.

The venue operates across daytime and nighttime service periods during a high-energy peak season.

Role Overview

Bâoli Dubai is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Floor to support operational floor running on a seasonal basis.

The role is responsible for maintaining smooth, high-standard service across the peak season.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Floor or Restaurant Manager with daily floor operations across shifts.
  • Manage shift staffing, floor allocation, and service flow across sections during peak season.
  • Oversee the Head Waiter and waitstaff team to maintain service standards and pace.
  • Handle escalated guest issues and service recovery on the floor.
  • Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and Guest Relations to align operations with guest flow.
  • Support pre-service briefings and floor readiness before peak periods and events.
  • Monitor floor presentation, cleanliness, and setup standards throughout service.
  • Support end-of-shift reporting and handover to management.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards.

Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 3–4 years of floor or service experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant management capacity.
  • Experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, or high-end beach club or restaurant venues.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a floor team under high-volume, fast-paced conditions.
  • Comfort working a fixed-term seasonal contract.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • French, Arabic, or Russian language skills are advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays throughout the season.

  • The position is seasonal and requires shift work throughout the peak season.
  • The role includes weekends and public holidays.
