Role Overview
The Head Strategic Business Development is responsible for identifying, developing, and executing cross-business growth opportunities that create new revenue streams and improve synergies.
The role leads corporate-level strategic initiatives, new business platforms, partnerships, and investments supporting long-term growth and diversification.
This is a senior, executive-track position with exposure to board-level decision making.
Corporate Growth Initiatives
- Identify new business opportunities aligned with the company's long-term vision.
- Develop and launch new revenue platforms across multiple business units.
- Lead feasibility and commercial assessments of corporate initiatives.
- Translate strategic priorities into executable business opportunities.
Cross-Business Synergies
- Identify opportunities to create synergies between existing business units.
- Develop integrated solutions and coordinate implementation with business unit leaders.
- Track and report the value created by synergy initiatives.
